Everyone on the call except myself is muted/hidden and participants raise their hand to get a mini session. I work mostly in silence, but I do check in with the caller. Mini sessions can take from 5 to 15 minutes.Here's the awesome part – everyone listening in on the call who I'm not interacting with also benefits from the energy work. It works for everyone! So if you're unsure about the process but curious, listen in, and see how you feel before and after the call.Remember – you heal you!You are a sovereign being and nobody else can heal your body/mind/spirit but yourself. I don't do anything to you or your energy, it is simply an invitation where you allow me to guide your energy to restore its innate balance.
